Lake Cowcowing

This lake looked like it had potential. In Google maps it shows a large salt lake, mostly dry, with expansive white surface and deep in the wheatbelt so assured dark skies.
But in reality turns out a fair chunk of it is restricted access by a mining company, and the rest of what I could see of the lake had small vegetation everywhere - no nice white salt-encrusted surface. No water. Not much, even of trees.
So, this lake gets a zero from me. Perhaps another part of the lake is better (I checked out the north end), let me know if there are better spots.

SUMMARY: Lake is dry and filled with small vegetation. Not worth the effort, the surrounding fields would provide better compositions for photos.
